Ingredients

  1. 1bowlful Plain cooked rice
  2. 2 tbspSakura denbu
  3. 1 dashBlack sesame seeds or white sesame seeds
  4. 1Daikon radish sprouts

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix the sakura denbu into the cooked rice.

  2. 2

    Put a bite-sized portion of rice on a piece of plastic wrap. Form into a pointy ended ball.

  3. 3

    Stick black sesame seeds on the surface with a toothpick.

  4. 4

    Make a small hole in the top part of the rice ball and poke in the daikon radish.
