Ingredients: Left over potato filling; 1 onion; 1/2 cup gram flour; 1 tsp Red chili powder; 1 tsp crushed coriander seeds; 1 tsp crushed cumin seeds; 1 tsp carom seeds; 1 tbsp red chili flakes; As per taste salt; Pinch baking soda; 1 tbsp fenugreek leaves powder; 1 tsp turmeric powder; As required water; Oil for frying

Ingredients

Left over potato filling
1onion
1/2 cupgram flour
1 tspRed chili powder
1 tspcrushed coriander seeds
1 tspcrushed cumin seeds
1 tspcarom seeds
1 tbspred chili flakes
As per taste salt
Pinchbaking soda
1 tbspfenugreek leaves powder
1 tspturmeric powder
As required water
Oil for frying

Steps

1

Peel and cut the onion into rings (thick).

Add all spices in sifted gram flour and mix.

Add in chopped coriander leaves and green chilies, mix well

Now heat the oil.
And mean while stuff the onion rings with potatoes filling

Dip them into batter,coat well and then add 1 by 1 in heated oil,fry till golden brown colour

Take out from oil when done and enjoy at iftaar.
