Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1 sliceChicken breast or thigh meat
  • 4 tbsp☆ Panko
  • 2 tsp☆ Soup stock granules (consommé powder)
  • 3to 4 dashes ☆ Salt and pepper
  • 1 pinchof each ☆ Dried parsley
  • 2 tbspor more Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Put all the ingredients marked ☆ in a plastic bag. Puff up the bag and close it, and shake well to mix the ingredients together.

    Remove the skin off the chicken and cut into bite size pieces. I cut it into 8 pieces this time. If the meat is thick, cut it horizontally first.

    Put the chicken into the bag from Step 1 and shake well to coat the chicken evenly.

    Heat oil in a frying pan and cook the chicken over medium heat.

    When both sides are golden brown, it's done!
