Crispy Breaded Garlic-Soy Sauce Chicken

My husband said he wanted to eat chicken with a garlic flavor, so I made this. By marinating it in garlic soy sauce, the chicken becomes well flavored. The sesame seeds are nutty and delicious too.

Fry both sides well so that the chicken is cooked through.
If there's not enough oil, just add more. For 2 servings. Recipe by annnnn

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1Chicken breast or thigh meat
  2. 1 tbsp★ Sake
  3. 2 tbspSoy sauce
  4. 1 clove★ Grated garlic
  5. 5 tbsp◇ Panko
  6. 1 tbsp◇ White sesame seeds
  7. 2 tbspor more Oil

Cooking Instructions

    Skin the chicken and cut it into bite sized pieces. If the chicken is very thick, slice it into half lengthwise.

    Put the chicken and ★ ingredients in a plastic bag and rub in well. Push the air out of the bag, close it and marinate for 15 minutes.

    Put the ingredients marked ◇ in another bag and shake to mix well.

  4. 4

    Put the drained marinated chicken from Step 2 into the breadcrumb back from Step 3 and shake well to coat evenly.

    Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the breaded chicken over medium heat slowly. If you are using an IH cooker, cook on level 4.

    When both sides are golden brown, they're done!
