Spareribs were on sale, so I figured it would be nice to make a simple but a bit extravagant dinner at home.

Place the macerating sauce ingredients into a bag, and mix thoroughly.

Wipe the excess water from the spare ribs with a paper towel, place into the bag from step 1, squeeze out the air and seal the bag, and let it macerate in the fridge for more than 30 minutes.

Shake the excess sauce off of the spareribs, place into a pan, cover with a lid, and cook through over low medium heat. Don`t throw away the leftover sauce just yet!

Remove the lid from time to time to flip over the ribs to cook it through all the way, and to turn it golden brown.

Once the spare ribs have cooked through, place the leftover sauce from step 3 into a pan, and glaze the meat.

Cook the spare ribs all the way through, glaze nicely, and transfer to plates.
