We don't stock heavy cream at home, so this is our family's usual quiche made easily without it.

Soak the spinach in water for 10 minutes. Wrap it in plastic wrap and microwave for 2 minutes at 600W. Soak in water again, then squeeze out the water and cut into 5cm lengths.

Preheat the oven to 355F/180C. Cut the bacon into 1cm pieces.

Mix all the ingredients marked ★, and add the spinach and bacon.

Put the mixture in a heatproof dish, and bake for 20 minutes at 355F/180C. Then it's done.
