Round Rolled Omelets (For Bento)

When I made the usual tamagoyaki into a tube, it made my daughter happy.
Not over-cooking the tamagoyaki will make it turn out looking more delicious . The point is to roll it up while it is still hot.
Roll it up tightly, and chill well to make it a nice shape. For 2 large eggs' worth. Recipe by Donpintan

Sweetened Tamagoyaki Rolled Omelette for Bento Sweetened Tamagoyaki Rolled Omelette for Bento
This is my usual bento omelette. I always just estimate the ingredient amounts, but this time I measured them. This makes it easier to teach the recipe to family members. It contains sugar so it will burn if you turn the heat too high. Start on medium heat, warm the frying pan, coat with oil and warm, then pour in the mixture. Cook over fairly low to low heat. Finally, turn the heat up to medium to cook through. I've always made this dish for my own lunches, but I decided to post the recipe here because it consistently turns out so well, even despite the differences in size of the umeboshi ♪I usually use honeyed umeboshi, because I don't like umeboshi that's too sour.Just use any umeboshi that you'd like! For Bentos: Easy Microwave Tamagoyaki (Rolled Omelette) For Bentos: Easy Microwave Tamagoyaki (Rolled Omelette)
Ever since I came up with this method, I haven't used a frying pan to make tamagoyaki.I used a 10 cm x 6 cm (height) plate for this. If you use a plate that's too big, the omelette won't be very thick, so I recommend using a bowl shaped one. If the omelette comes out too tough, try adding a little more hot water the next time, or adjusting the microwave cooking time. Recipe by Nyamiane cookpad.japan -
For Adult Bentos: Mentaiko Tamagoyaki (Rolled Omelette) For Adult Bentos: Mentaiko Tamagoyaki (Rolled Omelette)
This is a 1-egg mentaiko tamagoyaki, because making a bigger one with a whole mentaiko in the middle as they do at an izakaya (Japanese gastropub) is a bit too much.I mixed up the mentaiko with shiso leaves. The mentaiko is salty, so the egg is on the sweet side. It's very soft and fluffy due to the mayonnaise.I use a small square tamagoyaki pan to make this, so this amount is enough. Recipe by mama deko cookpad.japan -
For Bento Lunch Boxes (Tofu & Shio-Koji Omelette) For Bento Lunch Boxes (Tofu & Shio-Koji Omelette)
This is a recipe I learned from my mother.-In Step 1, if you're not going to use the microwave to drain the tofu, place a chopping board on it and let sit for 15 minutes (use a heavy chopping board).-Adjust the sugar amounts as desired.-Since it's got a lot of sugar it'll burn easily. Keep a careful eye on it while cooking.-If using salt please add 2/3 teaspoon. Recipe by Yuuyuu0221 cookpad.japan -

Petite Microwaved Cheese Omelette For Your Bento Petite Microwaved Cheese Omelette For Your Bento
For those people who want egg in their lunch box but don't have time. The egg comes off the plate really easily when folding it, meaning you don't need oil (which means it's healthy!). If it's undercooked when you fold it, reheat it for another 10 seconds in the microwave. If you use a round plate, your cooked egg will naturally become omelette-shaped.
