Mash the rice well.

Mix curd add salt and mash well.adjust consistency by adding curd/milk/cream[for tasteand texture]

Finally give a tadka of mustard seeds urad dal Chana dal curry leaves redchillies. Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve with pickle of your choice.
