In a bowl pour your warm milk add sugar then yeast

Sift in your flour and salt in your milk mixture and knead to form a dough then add 20gms of melted butter

Transfer the dough Ina clean surface and knead well (apply some oil in your kneading surface)

Grease a bowl with oil and put your dough then cover with cling film and store in a warm place for it to double for 1 hr

After 1 hr knead the dough and make 10 equal small balls if you have a weigh scale (71gms)

Roll the balls in small round shapes applying your softened butter placing on top of the other (make sure you always apply butter before placing the next)

Once you are done Place them on a plate cover them with cling film and store in the fridge for 1 hr

After 1 hr roll all the circles to make a big round circle and cut into 8 triangle or more depending with size of 🥐 you want.

Roll to make croissant and place in a greased baking tray cover with cling for 40 minutes and place in a warm place

After the 40 minutes brush your croissant with an(1egg + 1 tbs of milk)

Preheat your oven for 5 min 200°c
- 12
Bake your croissant 🥐 at 180°c till well baked
