Ingredients

  • 4-5Potatoes
  • 3Egg whites
  • 2 tbspCornflour
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbspTandoori masala
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • Oil to fry
  • 1 tspRoasted,ground cumin
  • 1 tspCrushed black pepper
  • 1/2 tbspCrushed red chillies

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and slice potatoes.

    Lightly beat egg whites.
