Cooking Instructions

Get 3 cups of Wheat flour and 1 cup of Beans.
Remove the particles in the Wheat flour and beans. Then mix and ground together to very soft fine powder - 2
Sieve the mixure in a bowl. Add in 1 and a half cup of cassava flour.

Add in 2 cups of flour to the above mixture.

Add about 4-5 tablespoon of baobab powder. Mix the dry ingredients together.

Add in about 4 tablespoon of potash water. Mix and add water gradually until it becomes a thick paste.

Pour water in a pot and put on fire. When it boils, take a bit of your danwake mixure and roll in your hand to make a sort of rounded shape, then put in the boiling water.

Close to let it simmer. Stir regularly. After about 15 minutes, pour the danwake in a colander and put it in cold water.

Serve with a bit of oil fried with onions, pepper mix, egg, and cucumber.

For the ginger drink, get your fresh ginger, wash properly, peel most of the back. Then blend. Sieve it.

Get your cucumber, wash it and blend as well. Then sieve it on its own.

Mix the sieved cucumber and ginger. Pour in a bit of lemon or lime juice. Add in sugar to your taste.
