Mix the flour for litti and add little water and make a stiff dough and keep it aside for 10 minutes.

Now for filling take all the ingredients and mix it well and get a thick consistency.

For chokha, take a brinjal and make slits and fill with green chili and garlic and burn it with tomatoes on stove and boil potato.

Now, once cool, peel them off and mash all of them together and add salt and oil.

Now take the dough for litti and make balls and fill with sattu mixture and cook on a batti oven/ appam pan/ cooker/ stove grill.

Once ready serve it along with chokha and ghee.
