Ingredients

  • 40 gVermicelli
  • 50 gMinced pork
  • Little scallion
  • 1glove garlic
  • 1 pcshallot
  • 1 sliceginger
  • 1/8 tspsalt
  • 30 mlwater
  • 2 tspchilli bean sauce
  • 1 tspsugar
  • 1 tsplight soy sauce
  • 1 tspdark soy sauce

    Put vermicelli in bowl and soak in water for 15 mins to soften.

  2. 2

    Dice scallions, garlic, shallot, ginger. Set aside.

  3. 3

    Add salt to minced pork. Mix and set aside.

  4. 4

    Add water, chilli bean sauce, sugar, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce into a bowl. Mix well and set aside.

  5. 5

    Use scissors to cut vermicelli into shorter lengths. Drain water.

  6. 6

    Add oil to hot wok. Add garlic, shallot, ginger. Sauté until fragrant.

  7. 7

    Add minced pork and stir fry.

  8. 8

    Add pre-mixed sauce and cook for while.

  9. 9

    After 1 mins, put the vermicelli in and cook with minced pork.

  10. 10

    Vermicelli will now absorb the sauce.

  11. 11

    When little sauce left, turn off the heat and add scallions. Mix well.

  12. 12

    Garnish with more scallions if you wish. It’s done.
