Take the Lauki or Bottle gourd peel the skin and cut them into round semi thick slices

Now take a pressure cooker and add oil, Mustard seeds and Cumin seeds and Asafoetida crackle them next add the tomato puree and saute for 2-3 minutes

Next add the spices and cook them for about 2-3 minutes now add the Lauki and all the spices plus besan and mix them well and cook them for 2-3 minutes add some water as per you are looking for Gravy.

Close the lid of Cooker and take 2 whistle and switch off the flame and let them cool down completely.

Lauki Masala Curry is ready to serve Hot garnish chopped coriander leaves and enjoy your delicious meals with Roti or Paratha or Rice tastes awesome 😊
