Rui Maacher Bharta | Mashed Ruhu Fish | Traditional Bangladeshi Recipe

Fish is the best protein with less calorie intake. And when it comes to a hassel free fish eating I would recommend this dish where the fish is De-Boned and goes well with plain rice. In bengali or rather Bangladeshi terms it is called bharta which means Mash.
