  • 1 kgsugar
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 2 kgwater
  • cubesIce

Steps

15 to 20 mins

    Wash Tamarind

  2. 2

    Now soak over night

  3. 3

    Discard seeds & strain pulp

  4. 4

    Now in a wok pour tamarind pulp

  5. 5

    Add sugar and salt

  6. 6

    Let it cook for 15 to 20 mins

  7. 7

    Now let it cook

  8. 8

    In a glass pour half glass of tamarind Sharbat & equal quantity of water

  9. 9

    Mix well

  10. 10

    Add ice cubes & enjoy
