On hot summer days, we seek quick meals. Simple ingredients can create delicious homemade dishes, perfect even as a cold appetizer.

Heat oil in a pan and add a little oil from the Chinese barbecue sauce. Fry the tofu until golden brown.

Add garlic and pork strips, and stir-fry.

Once the pork is cooked, add the sliced green bell pepper and Chinese barbecue sauce, and stir-fry. Add a pinch of salt for seasoning before removing from heat.
