Ingredients

  1. 110 gcoconut, shredded
  2. 50 gGlutenous flour
  3. 35 g sugar
  4. 1/4 tsp salt
  5. 45 ml water

Cooking Instructions

    Put glutinous flour, sugar, salt and water in the mix bowl. Whisk to combine well. Add shredded coconut whisk to combine well.

    Heat the pan rub with coconut oil. Scoop the coconut mixture onto the pan and fry for 2-3 minutes or until golden blown, flip the other side fry until turn to golden brown. Now ready to enjoy😋
