Take a pan and add sugar and water. Turn on the flame mix well and cook into high flame. Stir in-between cook 6-7 minutes in medium flame. Mix it well. When little slickly off the flame. Add rose water. Sugar Syrup is ready. Keep aside.

Take bread and cut into flower shape with the help of cutter.

Take a kadhai heat ghee and deep fry the rounds of bread till golden brown and crisp. Take it out on a plate.

Dip in sugar syrup properly. Take it out in a plate. Sprinkle with chopped dry fruits on top.

Shahi Tukda is ready now. Serve and enjoy as a sweet dish.... 😋😋
