Steps

First of all we are preparing sugar syrup for dad take a bowl or pan and add sugar in it then add water where sugar should be covered now keep it on Medium flame and dissolve it. After dissolve in keep it at least 5 minutes so that we can get our sugar syrup. Add cardamom powder and saffron sticks in it. Make it cool

Now take flat plate and take your fresh khoya now add pinch up soda and refund flour in it if khoya is fresh you need to see the consistency while using flour. Maybe sometimes you need more flour. Need it for at least 5 to 7 minutes. there is no lumps. Keep it as it is for 5 to 7 minutes

Now prepare all small balls. Now keep kadai on medium flame then add ghee when ghee is melted add some balls in it and fry it with golden brown colour.after frying don't add gulab jamun immediately in sugar syrup.keep outside for two minutes and then add in syrup.

Keep the gulabjamun in sugar syrup so that gulabjamun soaked properly.
