  1. 1.5 Cupidli dosa batter
  2. 1/2 Cupfinally chopped onion
  3. 2 tbspgrated carrot
  4. 2finally chopped green chilli
  5. 1 tspgrated ginger
  6. 6-7curry leaves torn / finally chopped
  7. 2 tbspchopped green coriander leaves
  8. 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  9. 1 tbspoil for seasoning
  10. 1 pinchasofoedeta powder
  11. 2-3 tbspor as needed oil
  12. Salt as per taste

    Get ready with all ingredients.Heat the pan with oil and add mustard seeds when they crackers add curry leaves saute add onion and green chilli carrot saute until onion translates pink

    Now add ginger saute and green coriander leaves asofoedeta powder mix all well together switch off the flame and let them cool then add to the batter.

    The batter must be of medium consistency not very thick or thin. Season the Paniyaram pan and heat it with a few drops of oil in each cavity.When pan is hot enough pour batter up to 3/4 in each mould

    However the heat will cook for 2 min.It is desired you can cover and cook.When the base is golden fried remove the lid and fry for another min

    Turn and cook until golden on the other side too.Turn over carefully with a wooden skewer or spoon Remove them to a plate.
