Get ready with all ingredients.Heat the pan with oil and add mustard seeds when they crackers add curry leaves saute add onion and green chilli carrot saute until onion translates pink

Turn and cook until golden on the other side too.Turn over carefully with a wooden skewer or spoon Remove them to a plate.
