Cut chicken breast in pieces and put in 🍳 with olive oil and cook until done, put in the rice and seasoning,add in water and cover until all rice is done mix together periodically and set aside to cool when done then serve with veggies of your choice

Hola friends!!! Here’s a little bit of nothing I made that just tastes so good I had to share. Plenty of leftovers to make a nice pot of this golden beauty. This is basic and can be made in any shape form or fashion. Add ons for days. I like peas in mine but today I went bare bones. I roasted the chicken and made the rice yesterday just so I could make this today.

Chicken and Rice Chicken and Rice
This is inexpensive, but rich and flavorful. I use whatever i have on hand for the chicken broth, I'll use homemade, canned or bouillon and water, it all works really well. I use extra long grain rice from La Preferida Brand, because it gets so creamy. I make some green beans with onion to serve with it, cuz I like to mix it together!
