Steps

Cut the livers into cubes and wash them in plenty of water and drain. Add the livers to the pan, add the hot water and cook until the water is absorb.

When the water is absorbed, add the olive oil and mix, cook for a few minutes.

Add the onions cut into small cubes and mix, cook.

Add tomato/pepper paste, spices and salt, mix, cook for a few minutes.
