Soak the chickpeas overnight, then cook and drain them. Cut the bread into pieces, then either fry or toast it. Place the bread pieces in a baking dish and top with the cooked chickpeas.

In a separate bowl, mix the yogurt, minced garlic, tahini, and spices. Stir well, then pour the mixture over the bread and chickpeas.

Fry the cashews in ghee or oil, then sprinkle them over the top. Serve and enjoy.
