Koftas with raw banana and in tomato gravy , delicious, healthy combo for lunch or dinner.

For kofta grate banana and potato add chilly paste,jeera powder, turmeric powder,salt kasuri methi and combine well together and shape in kofta.

Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry kiftas to golden crisp.

Make smooth paste with tomato,cashews,melon seeds jeera add little water. Heat ghee/oil in kadai add jeera, curry leaves saute it.

Now add tomato paste and fryit till raw smell goes,now add coriander powder,jeera powder, turmeric, chilly powder salt and sugar continue cooking. Add maggi masala pack and mix it well.

When oil seperates add curd mix it,add kasuri methi and water to make gravy consistency finally add lemon juice and mix it add coriander leaves.

To serving bowl add koftas pour the gravy over it is ready to serve with roti/rice.
