Dry roast sesame on medium heat until lightly golden. Let it cool completely.
In a grinder jar, grind the sesame seeds to fine powder. Transfer in a bowl. Add almond powder to it and mix well. - 2

In a pan add 1/4 cup water and 3/4 cup jaggery. Let it cook until it is of 1 string consistency. Add in cardamom powder, saffron and sesame and almond powder. Mix well and cook while stirring continuously. Add in 1 tablespoon of ghee and cook until it forms a dough.

Transfer on a greaseproof paper. Cover with another paper and roll it out to 1/2 inch depth. Remove the top paper and sprinkle some pistachios and rose petals. Cover and press it lightly with rolling pin. Let it set for 20 minutes. Cut in desired shape. Enjoy
