Pasta with Cream Cheese and Smoked Salmon

Cut the smoked salmon into small pieces.

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.

When the water boils, add the pasta.

While the pasta cooks, heat olive oil and onion in a skillet over low heat.

When the onion starts to sizzle, add the chopped salmon.

When the salmon changes color, add the cream cheese.

Add some pasta cooking water and stir until the cream cheese is completely melted and forms a creamy sauce.

When the pasta is cooked, drain it and add it to the creamy salmon sauce.

Mix well and serve.
