Far Breton with Prunes
A simple far to light up your day.

Soak the prunes in tea.

In a large mixing bowl, add the flour and a pinch of salt. Crack in the eggs and mix well until smooth.

Add the milk, sugar, and orange blossom water or rum. Stir again until combined.

Drain the prunes and fold them into the batter.
- 5
Butter a baking dish, pour in the batter, and bake in a very hot oven (500°F/260°C) for 10 minutes. Then lower the oven temperature to 410°F (210°C) and bake for another 35 minutes.
