It could be made with chicken kheema. But best option is boiled Potato and veggies for this recipe.
When our kids demands new recipe, this is the intresting one which tasty and healthy as well for tiffin box.

When our kids demands new recipe, this is the intresting one which tasty and healthy as well for tiffin box.
Steps

Wash long grain rice well for 2 to 3 times. Drain water after half an hour and keep rice aside.

Mash boiled potato with the help of fork.
In a pan add oil, let it heat up then add asafoetida,cumin seeds and chopped green chillies and saute in tadka.
Add capsicum and ginger and garlic paste saute well. - 3
Now add boiled and mash potato and give it a good mix.
Add garam masala, turmeric powder, coriander powder and mix well. add salt and sugar, chopped coriander and give it a good mix.
Let the mixture cools down completely.
Make small balls of potato mixture. - 4
Put water into kadhai or pan.
Put steaming plate and apply some oil on plate - 5
Now start rolling potato balls into soked and drained long grain rice.
Put rice rolled potato balls on steaming plate.
Cover the pan and let it steam till done. - 6
Garnish potato rice balls with chopped coriander and serve it hot with tomato ketchup or sauce. It taste best when it's hot.
