First, pressure cook the kairi or raw mango for 3 whistles. Cool completely.

Remove the peels and scrape out all the flesh from the seed and peels in a mixer jar. Chop the peel into small pieces and use 1 tablespoon of the chopped peel.
Use the other part to make chutney or kadhi. - 3
Blend the mango, bread pieces, sugar, sugar, yellow food colour into a smooth creamy paste.

Whip the chilled fresh cream and condensed milk to soft peaks. Combine with the mango paste. Mix well. Add into a glass container. Close lid tightly. Then cover with food wrap.

Refrigerate for 8 hours. Then remove and keep on the counter for 10 minutes. Then serve with ice cream scopper in ice cream bowls, sprinkled with chilli flakes and raw mango pieces. Enjoy!
