First soak your samai four hours early preparation.let them soak.and after that wash it twice with a strainer and keep in a vessel.

Next step take your rice and moog dal dry roast it nicely..

Then take a vessel add your rice and moog dal roasted materials and wash it nicely add 2cups of water half cup of milk (optional)and finally add your Samai and take a pressure cooker and 4 whistle it and switch off your pressure cooker..wait for 20minute to open..

In between you prepare
Jeera gota dry roast it keep it separately and next is take black pepper next dry roast it and keep it separately. - 5
Then take a strong kadai pour Desi ghee one tbsp add groundnut oil and dry roast materials jeera black pepper you can split with a small mixie grinder grind it jeera and pepper add immediately and add your cut cashew nut,curry leaves,hing and add your boiled ingredients one by one add salt as per your requirement cook it nicely after some time you can mix butter and remaining ghee you will get a nice flavour and aroma and tempt to taste it immediately..
