A quick recipe with full of nutrition. It is very soothing to have in scorching heat of summer. It can be given without hesitation to the kids and very senior people . It's so simple that anybody can prepare it any time within 5mins.
Steps

Take barley sattu in a saucepan. Add sugar and mix.

Add milk gradually with constant stirring so that lumps can not form. Cook in low flame with constant stirring till slurry like texture is formed. Switch off the burner.

Transfer the porridge into serving bowl. Sprinkle nutmeg powder over the porridge. It can be served hot or cold.
