Soak soya granules in hot water for 5 minutes.

Drain and wash in running water 2-3 times. Heat milk in a wider pan and stir continuously.

Add soya granules, cornflour water mixture and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring continuously till the kheer thickens.

Add cardamom liquid and saffron and milk mixture. Cook for 1-2 minutes.

Allow to cool and refrigerate for an hour. Garnish with chopped dry fruits and pumpkin seeds before serving. This recipe tastes delicious like ice cream.
