Steps

Take a bowl 🥣 add semolina, curd, salt 🧂 and water 💧.

Mix it well.
Add baking powder and mix it well. - 3
Take a idli pot and add glass of water 💧 in it and keep it for heating.
Take idli making plate and grease it with cooking oil.

Put some batter of idli on the idli making plate.

Cover with lid. Keep it in a high to medium flame 🔥. When steam comes out Keep flame 🔥 to low or sim.then after 5 minutes off flame 🔥.

When it Cool down then open it.
With the help of tongs to hold idli making plate and with serving spoon take idli and keep it in a plate. - 7
Enjoy with coconut 🥥 chutney and Sambhar

🌸DISCUSSION - WHY BAKING POWDER USE NOT ENO.
🌸I'mein using baking powder instead of eno b'cos eno is a medicine 💊 for diagestion and constipation.
🌸IF YOU ARE TAKING THIS IN LARGE QUANTITIES LIKE IN BRUNCH, LUNCH, DINNER OR SUPPER
🌸ENO NOT SUPPORT FOR TAKING MORE B'COS OF CHEMICALS USED IN ARE FOR TREATING DIGESTION ARE NOT MAKING TASTE GOOD.
🌸In taking lunch or dinner which is heavy meal use of baking powder is good.
