Liberian Chicken Gravy Recipe

Blend bell pepper, chilli’s and some onions

Add oil to fry onions and garlic

Add tomatoes paste or tomatoes and stir ingredients

Add blended ingredients and let it cook for 5 mins

Add the chicken. Stir. And then add 2 cups of water for the sauce
- 6
Add magic sarap, little salt, and seasonings to your liking. Then cook it for 20 mins.

Boil potatoes and add to mixture.
