To a bowl add maida, salt,oregano mix, chilly flakes make it thick flowing batter adding enough water.

Cut paneer in big pieces and slit it, place the cheese slices in it cover with another paneer piece like sandwich prepare all the sandwiches.

Now dip the prepared sandwich in prepared batter and coat it with bread crumbs and keep it in the fridge for 15 min.

Heat oil fry the paneer cheese sandwich to golden crisp and serve with chutney and ketchup.
