Easy Sweet Potato Tart

I learned this recipe from one of my mother's friends. I could not believe how easy it was to make a crust. Makes me wonder why I had such trouble making it before I met this recipe.
You can add apples or smooth red bean paste instead of sweet potatoes for different flavors. For 20 cm [7.9 in] square pan or 21cm tart pan. Recipe by Yasai
Easy Sweet Potato Tart

Combine all of the tart ingredients in a bowl.

With a spatula, press the mixture into the bottom of the pan and pierce small holes in the bottom to prevent the crust from puffing up. Bake for 10 minutes at 180℃.

Cut the sweet potatoes into 2cm cubes. Steam the potatoes with a steamer or a microwave.

Combine all the ingredients for the filling in a bowl and mix in the sweet potatoes. Take the crust out from the oven and pour the filling into it.

Bake again at 180℃ for 20 minutes. When the surface becomes golden brown, it is done .
