Drain the tuna, reserving 1 tablespoon of the oil. Flake the tuna.

Finely chop all the vegetables and add them to a food processor.

Add the mayonnaise, reserved oil, and a little tuna. Process and gradually add the rest of the tuna, mixing until creamy. Finally, add salt and pepper to taste and 1 tablespoon of cream cheese.

Note: I recommend testing with a smaller amount until you get the consistency you like. You can spread this on saltine crackers, bread, cassava bread, or fried plantain slices.
