Wash and grate Broccoli and Cauliflower each small size

Now add Wheat flour in the Grated Florets plus green chilly, salt, grated cheese, oregano and 2tsp oil bind semi soft dough and rest for 15-20mins minimum

Now take a small portion of dough and start rolling in the round shape to medium thin texture
Roast them in non stick pan with butter or ghee - 4
Paratha are ready to serve with chutney, Raita or ketchup. Do serve them in your Kids lunch boxes as main meals, they will love to munch them 😘
