A nutritious tiffin recipe for kids which consists of paneer and vegetables.

Assemble ingredients

Marinade paneer cubes with little salt + turmeric powder and marinade for 10 - 15 minutes. Then fry till golden brown and keep aside.

In moderately heated pan / kadhai add oil and allow to heat, then add Nigella seeds + ginger and allow to sizzle. Add the veggies and sauté for 5-6 minutes.

Add turmeric powder + salt and sauté under medium heat

Veggies release water, add all spices and sauté till water is dried.

Add water and cook for 5-6 minutes.

Add Paneer cubes, Simmer and cook further for 2-3 minutes and dish is done ✔️.

Dish is ready to serve.

Pair with phulka / Paratha and serve hot hot.
