1 packagephyllo dough
1 cansweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 canswater (use the sweetened condensed milk can to measure)
2 packetsvanilla extract
2 tablespoonssugar (about 25 grams)
2eggs
Zest of 1 large lemon
1 cupunsalted butter (about 250 grams)

Steps

Crumple each sheet of phyllo dough one by one and place them in a baking pan.
Melt the butter and drizzle it over all the phyllo sheets.
Bake for 20 minutes.

While the phyllo is baking, mix all the remaining ingredients together in a bowl.

Remove the phyllo from the oven and pour the mixture evenly over it.
Bake for another 20-25 minutes, until the custard is set.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar and cinnamon, and enjoy!
