Taro Root is widely available all throughout summer and monsoon and it is a very healthy root vegetable.

Steps

Chop Taro Root into small small cubes.
Chop boiled potato into small cubes.
Make a medium slurry of cumin powder + coriander powder + turmeric powder + red chilli powder + salt and keep aside. - 2
In moderately heated pan add 1 tbsp Oil, add chopped potato + taro root + little salt and sauté for 4-5 minutes till veggies turn softens. Take out and keep aside

In moderately heated add 2 tbsp Oil, allow to heat, add Nigella seeds and allow to sizzle then add the masala slurry and sauté till Masala leaves oil.
Add sautéed Taro root + green chilli and sauté for around 2 minutes. - 4
Add water and cook for 4-5 minutes. Add Garam Masala and Simmer and cook for around 2 minutes.

Serve with hot steamed Rice.
