  1. 6-7Alu leaves
  2. 1tb. spoon. chana dal, peanuts each
  3. 7-8muli(radish) pieces,1 chopped potato
  4. 1tb. spoon. oil.rai, salt as require. 1/4 t.spoon. hing
  5. 2't,spoon. tamarind pulp.1 tb. spoon. jaggery or as per taste
  6. 2tb. spoon. besan
  7. 1/4t,spoon. haldi, 1 t.spoon. mirchi powder. 1 t,spoon. kitchen king masala or sabji masala

  1. 1

    Remove veins & wash & chop colocasia,

  2. 2

    Add chana dal, peanuts, potato, muli. Add some water.Pressure cook for 4 vessels.

    In pan add oil, rai, hing. Add pressure cooked colocasia, haldi, mirchi powder, masala, salt, jaggery, tamarind pulp.

    Make paste of besan & add to sabji. Boil it for 5 minutes
