This is a dish made for the bhog to offer Lord Jagannath.It is made of mainly two ingredients parwal and fresh coconut.
Steps

Wash and cut parwal into round pieces.

Heat ghee in a pan,fry all the parwal pieces until golden brown.Keep it aside.

Grind cumin and coriander.In the same pan,add bay leaf,cumin and coriander powder.Saute.Add ginger and fried parwal.Mix coconut and add 11/2 cup water.Cover and cook it for 7-8 min.

Your delicious and divine potola rasa is ready to serve.Enjoy it with rice.
