Air fried moong beans

In a pan add moong beans and soak in boiling hot water for minimum of 3 to 4 hours. Wash it thoroughly changing the water 2 to 3 times.

In a pan add 2 cups of water and bring it to boil. Add washed moong beans and cook for 7 to 8 minutes or until soft. Drain the water and let it stand for 5 minutes.
Transfer on a cloth and pat dry.
Preheat the air frier for 5 minutes at 180 degree C. - 3
Transfer and spread the moong bean in the lined air frier. Drizzle 1 teaspoon of oil and mix well. Spread them evenly. Air fry for 11 to 12 minutes. Stir using a ladle after 4 minutes. Once its done transfer in a plate and sprinkle salt.

Let it cool completely. Enjoy with chopped tomatoes and onions with a little bit of lemon juice.
