Steps

Wash,dry bhindi and remove the end and edges slit it between.

Heat oil fry bhindi to soft,. Heat oil and add whole spices, chopped onion,red chillies, green chillies,ginger,garlic,chopped pumpkin fry for a while then add water and cook till the pumpkin becomes soft. Cool it.

Grind the pumpkin with curd till smooth paste. Heat oil in kadai add red chilli powder and bhindi sprinkle little salt then add the prepared paste and salt and cook for few minutes add garam masala,kasuri methi, coriander leaves.

Bhindi masala gravy is ready to serve with roti/rice.
