Roti Chaat
there were 2-3 left over rotis from which i made roti chaat.
Steps

Cut the left over rotis into small pieces. dip those pieces into water, squeeze completely and keep a side.

Finely chopp- 2 onions, 2 tomatoes, 1 small green chilly.

In a non stick pan, heat oil on a low flame and add finely chopped onions, tomates and green chilly. roast well.
now add sweet corns and again stir for 5 mins. - 4
Add salt, red chilli powder and haldi. stir well for 5 mins.
now add tomato sauce and sqeeze half lemon and stir continously so that it should form chaat mixture. - 5
At last, add those roti pieces into chaat mixture and stir for 10 mins.
Finally, add chopped coriender on the top of Roti Chaat as shown on photo.
