Fresh ripe mango cubes 1 cup
Mango Jaggery Milkshake
1 cupCoconut milk
Sama Coconut Rose Laddu
1/2 cupPineapple juice
Sugar syrup/ honey 4 tablespoons (can adjust as per taste)
Toasted coconut shavings 2 tablespoons to garnish
Chunks of mango to garnish
Sun dried pineapple to garnish

First, blend together chopped mango, coconut milk and honey together till smooth.

Slowly add sugar syrup and pineapple juice and blend just to combine by pulse method.

To serve, add ice cubes at the base of a mocktail glass. Then pour the Pina Colada. Then top with mango chunks and toasted coconut shavings. Add a wedge of sun dried pineapple on the side to complete the garnish.
