Mix the fajita seasoning with the ground beef and form the meat into balls of roughly equal size.

Meanwhile, cook the bacon strips in a little olive oil over low heat until crispy.

Prepare all the toppings: wash and chop the lettuce, wash and chop the onion, dice the pickles, and set aside the cooked bacon.

Make the sauce by mixing all the sauce ingredients together in a bowl.

Heat a little oil in a skillet. Place a tortilla in the pan, then put a meatball on top and flatten it. After 2-3 minutes, flip it over, add a slice of cheddar cheese, and cover with a lid so the cheese melts from the steam and heat.

To assemble: on top of the melted cheese, add the sauce, then lettuce, then onion, then pickles and bacon. Fold and enjoy to the fullest!
