Steps

Marinade prawns with little salt + turmeric for 10 -15 minutes.

Chop all vegetables.

Fry till golden brown and keep aside

In moderately heated pan / kadhai add oil and allow to heat, then add Nigella seeds and allow to sizzle. Add the veggies and sauté for 5-6 minutes.

Add turmeric powder + salt and sauté under medium heat

Veggies release water, add all spices and sauté till water is dried.

Add water and cook for 5-6 minutes.

Add fried Prawns, Simmer and cook further for 3-4 minutes and dish is done ✔️.

Dish is ready to serve.
